  This registration is only available to current CPSA Board Members and active Advisory Committee members.
• CPSA Member paid by August 18 – $245.00
  2013 Annual Conference Fee if paid BY August 18, 2013.
  
  The fee goes up to $270.00 if paid AFTER August 18, 2013.
• CPSA Member Registration paid after 08/18/13 – $270.00
  2013 Annual Conference Fee
• CPSA Non-Member paid by August 18 – $300.00
  2013 Annual Conference Fee if paid BY August 18, 2013. The fee increases to $350.00 if paid AFTER August 18, 2013.
